GuiGhost is a software professional that is constantly self learning to expand my skills. As an avid learner, I often use the sites of the many others that have come before me on this journey to find an answer. This site is for me to post about what I am learning and the insights I gain from it. From raw coding of static to dynamic sites, to low cost CMS alternatives, Web design trends, hosting, and more, I share my journey with you. The need fits the tool, and in a world where there is no need to recreate the wheel, having a full compliment of possibilities for great design in the most efficient way possible is key.
As a hobbyist at HTML5 game dev, GuiGhost also offers several games developed during my learning process. Some are mine from scratch, while others were customizations of open source online coding tutorials, for which attribution is made. The web is full of open source projects and great tutorials, there for the self learner to consume on demand.
The games are fun to make for the family, yet are not my focus; instead they are a learning tool. I am also constantly using my self-learning time to study design trends and website publishing for small business, and those that want to build small static sites on the side. Check back in often for updates to the journey!
Games made while learning HTML, CSS, and Javascript. They are simple, but are an effective way to learn.
My own personal place to ramble on for a bit about different subjects related to coding, development, and the different tools available.
Take a look at this example page which demonstrates the types of content that your images can easily be turned into on your site.

On my own time I love to learn new tech and have used Indie Game Dev as a platform to learn, writing many custom HTML5/JavaScript games from scratch, just to learn.
